Why can't i see my pictures?

Before you picture can be visible to the public, you have to validate your phone number.
Login to your account, select settings from the menu and follow the directions.

What carriers do you support?

We support all North American carriers. We also support most international carriers as well - but hey, we can't test them all.
So if you're having problems seeing your pictures, drop us a line and let us know what carrier you are using.

Why do you guys need my phone number?

For privacy reasons, the Twitter API doesn't give the mobile number that's in your twitter account, so we need to get it from you again.

When I log in, I can't see my pictures that i sent from my mobile phone

You most likely sent in your pictures first before you logged in. Once you sign on, go to setup and activate your mobile phone. Once you do this, refresh your browser and you should see your pictures

My pictures still aren't appearing. Do you guys know what you're doing?

We're pretty good at handling mobile images. Sometimes things do go wrong. So if your picture is missing or takes a couple of days to appear, trust us - we're working on it.
